Oh my god, what a weekend, thanks to Slappy, Moonie and Jane, and the gang at Spa!!!! I flew over on Thursday morning and went down to Fernies to have a look at Slappy's Ultima...it is low, loud, and fast...when the tyres hook up!!! I think it's low enough that you can look under the car ahead of you, but maybe James bought it to look up women's skirts (or would that be Neil's kilt)!!!!

The grip is indeed amazing...it just carries on around corners and I am sure James wasn't even trying in the dark around the bends in that country road leading up to A- somethingortheother. Very refreshing to be in a country where people actually move over and let you pass. Saw one Griff and one Chimp and no Cerbies.

I sprinted up to Blackpool the same night, and stayed at the Hotel De Vere, which is where the TVR folks all stay, apparently. They loved talking TVRs and gave me a nice discount. No petrol worries either, thank God. Horribly jetlagged, so I watched the Olympics all night.

Next morning, I tried calling Moonie on his mobile but there was no answer, so I showed up at the factory a bit early and checked out the racing Tuscans in one of the "holes" and chatted with a few of the mechanics.

Then I spied a very Yellow Cerbie with the license plate M4OON...hmmm...due to an amazing coincidence, he was there, having his car's black eye looked at and chatting with the lovely Danielle. So we decided to meet for lunch after my factory tour. There was also a really amazing chameleon orange Tuscan there, ready for customer pick-up.

As well as the famous TVR 100, now with the new headlights of the Cerbera Lightweight (LW).
