A couple of hours out of San Francisco lies the state capital, Sacramento. More traffic!
It was blazing hot, so we decided to have a quick fuel and rest stop. There’s two large bags in that boot/trunk!
The Cerbie’s air-conditioner worked really well for the whole journey and I was really thankful I had this option, especially with two very furry dogs in the car!
If it weren’t for the American flags and pickup trucks, we
could be in France! 
The car attracted a lot of attention from SUV and Corvette owners alike. A Ferrari 328 also tailed us for a while. Most fun was playing with the sportbikes on the empty stretches, however.
